24-hour Service to Guarantee Customer Operations

In June, Saudi Arabia come into the Summer, daytime temperatures soar to as high as 45°C, with nighttime temperatures remaining above 35°C. However, the high temperature cannot hinder the local construction progress. The local key account purchased 30 units SDLG’s E6225F totally at once, which operate for more than 15 hours per day.

 

The sale manager Liu Xiaoming and service engineer Ma Tengteng have been tracking the delivery of these 30 excavators which requested by the key account to be delivered in mid of May. To make sure the timely delivery, they coordinated with the local dealer, waiting for several hours under the 40℃ scorching sun.

 

After the delivery of these machines, an on-site service team was established by the Saudi Arabia Region to ensure a round-clock fast response to customer demand. Sometimes the customer work in the early hours of the morning, the dealer personnel cannot arrive in time, SDLG service team always goes to the jobsite timely to solve issues for ensuring the  stable operation of the machines.

 

 

More often than not, the SDLG service team need to work during the scorching daytime with the temperature exceeding 40℃, baking the excavator as if it were being seared on hot iron. Sometime even got burns, service engineer like Mr. Ma remains on-site, pays close attention to the running state of the machines, which helps our products show the better state than any other competitors at the jobsite, enhancing the confident of end-customers on our products and services.
