Product Service Training in West Africa

Recently, International Marketing Company organized local agent in Accra, Ghana to carry out the SDLG product sales training and middle excavator service training.

 

 

Ghana is located in the west of Africa, south of the Atlantic Ocean. It is rich in mineral resources, particularly gold and diamonds, and is known as the Gold Coast. And it’s also the key market in West Africa. Over these years, under the efforts of the company and the local dealer, a positive reputation has established and the sales has increased. In order to enhance the product promotion ability and excavator service ability as well as support dealer to further penetrate into the market, the International Market company GPSM Department organized the product and service training together with dealer.

 

 

The training introduced the company's F-series and H-series loaders, excavators, features and enhancement points, as well as the road machinery product selling points and the principle of the excavation system and typical trouble shooting. 19 trainees from the dealer's headquarter and branch offices participated in the training which helped them consolidate the product knowledge. At present, it is the peak season of local gold mining market, and the training effectively supports the market demand and improves the capabilities of sales and service personnel. This training provides a solid guarantee for accelerating the promotion and volume increasing of the company's products in the local market.
