This role is responsible for achieving national development strategies, sales targets, payment collection goals, market share objectives in Brazil, as well as managing day-to-day operations in the country.
1.Be in charge of researching market trends in the Brazilian region and formulating marketing strategies.
2.Develop annual/monthly product sales plans and targets, and complete sales tasks.
3.Be responsible for developing new agents and emerging markets.
4.Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with local major clients, central/state-owned enterprises, and other large clients, promptly understand their needs, and promote the sales of the company's products.
5.Be responsible for brand promotion and promotional management in the country.

1.A bachelor's degree or above in marketing, machinery, or related fields, with at least 3 years of overseas sales experience. Sales personnel with construction machinery industry’s experience in overseas sales are preferred.
2.Possess strong capabilities in market development, client management, and resource allocation. Be able to promptly identify and tap into client needs, provide suitable product solutions, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
3.Have a solid background in industry resources and a certain client base.
4.Languages: Chinese, English, and Portuguese.
1.Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
2.Coordinate equipment loading/unloading and movement using forklifts or machinery.
3.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock data consistency with system.
4.Organise incoming and outgoing shipments with transport partners.
5.Ensure warehouse cleanliness, order, and compliance with safety standards.
6.Support product handling and basic equipment operations (crates, pallets, and mechanical tools).
7.Liaise with the sales and service teams to support project delivery and aftersales operations.
1. Minimum 2–3 years warehouse or logistics experience (heavy equipment industry preferred).
2. Valid forklift license (LF) and experience operating heavy machinery (excavator, loader preferred).
3. Strong attention to safety and equipment handling procedures.
4. Valid Australian driver’s license and White Card required.
5. Good English communication; basic Chinese is a plus.
