The E6125F hydraulic excavator adopts SDLG's mature medium-sized excavator platform, paired with a new load-sensing hydraulic system, a new engine, and an electronic control system. It is energy-saving, emission-reducing, comfortable, and reliable. It provides customers with a new product suitable for loose material conditions such as earthwork and stonework.

 

Energy-saving and High Efficiency

The turbocharged and intercooled engine features high fuel injection pressure, delivering robust power and high productivity. With full combustion, it meets National III emission standards, ensuring energy conservation and environmental protection.

The electronically controlled unit injector structure incorporates a slit filter at the inlet of the injector passage, ensuring the cleanliness of the fuel entering the injector and improving its adaptability to fuel quality.

The engine performance has been meticulously calibrated to meet the efficiency requirements at high speeds while reducing fuel consumption in the economic zone at medium speeds.

The engine's "five modes, ten gears" setting automatically adjusts power matching and optimizes operation modes, catering to customers' requirements for multiple working conditions.

Its unique automatic idle function reduces RPM based on different user operations, significantly enhancing energy saving and noise reduction.

 

New Load-sensing Hydraulic System

The new load-sensing hydraulic system enables precise and load-independent control, exhibiting excellent maneuverability akin to small excavators, and is efficient and energy-saving.

The bucket boasts fast digging speed and strong digging capability. The arm operates swiftly, enhancing efficiency during leveling tasks.

The working device's regeneration function simultaneously supplies partial pressure oil from the small chamber of the cylinder and pressure oil output by the pump to the large chamber of the cylinder. This ensures rapid and stable arm retraction, improving work efficiency.

 

Reliable and Durable

Reinforced boom/arm: The structural component failure rate is the lowest in the industry.

Reinforced bucket: Wear-prone areas of the bucket (front, sides, and bottom) are reinforced with ultra-wear-resistant material welding plates. The average service life of the bucket is extended by over 20% compared to traditional models.

Reinforced "X"-shaped undercarriage: The beam structure subject to stress concentration is reinforced, increasing cross-sectional strength by over 35% compared to traditional models, making it more suitable for harsh and heavy-load conditions.

 

Comfortable and Convenient

Concentrated maintenance points on one side: The electronically controlled unit injector is arranged on the cylinder block and directly driven by the camshaft through a tappet, featuring a compact structure and good rigidity, resulting in low vibration, low noise (less than 96 dB), and a comfortable operating environment.

Except for the starter and turbocharger, all maintenance points of the engine are concentrated on the same side, facilitating maintenance.

Large-angle opening of the open hood: The left and right hoods and the top engine hood of the excavator open widely, making maintenance and servicing very convenient.

Concentrated maintenance points and electrical layout: The EECU, fuse, and relay of the entire machine are concentrated inside the left front hood (adjacent to the air filter). The layout diagram is printed on the back of the hood cover, making maintenance and overhaul extremely convenient.

Side-by-side cooling: The engine intercooler, water radiator, and hydraulic oil radiator are arranged in parallel, ensuring effective heat dissipation and convenient cleaning and maintenance.
