Learning for supporting Development- TOO Sevalo Training

Government of Kazakhstan released a comprehensive infrastructure instruction plan in 2024.TOO Sevalo Engineering Machinery Kazakhstan, which is dealer of SDLG, has accordingly expanded its product line and inventory to ensure to meet customers’ demands smoothly and accurately and also to provide a one-stop  solution for customers.

 

 

The expansion of product line is big challenge for not only sales but also services of TOO SEVALO, product training is urgently needed, and therefore SDLG GPSM Department conducted a three-week product training correspondingly.


The sales training mainly focus on the selling points, improvement of product and comparison with competitors, which helps sales manager grab the core advantages of product in a short time. After training, each of the trainees should give a product presentation around the product. In the meanwhile, others as judge, they score and discuss together, which helped sales manager deepen the understanding of the product and knowledge. The electric wheel loader L596HEV and the wheel excavator E765F have gained the most attention during training.

 

 

Compared to the theory training in the past, SDLG this time went to costumers and conducted on-site repair and training, like the failure of carraro transmission (B877F), shut down of machine (E6300F), problem of A/C (E6275F), abnormal sound of brake (LG953) etc. Practice and teaching together increase the training effort a lot.


During the training, the sales blooms and customer streamed into the office. This training give more skills and confidents to the sales and mechanics which will help TOO SEVALO further expand the market.
